What I've been wearing recently
One week of outfits plus one from the second week of summer holidays.
Last week was a busy week, with a couple of work events and kids breaking up for the summer holidays we were quite busy. However, since this Monday to Wednesday I haven’t set foot outside so nothing to document there.
This was school run last Monday - I only had two days left to go, thought I’d show you what I usually wear for school runs and for the days I’m at home. T-shirt old from re-done linked similar here and denim shorts. Necklace here.
Tuesday I was out for the evening for a work event so it was nice to get dressed up, t-shirt from here and skirt sold out but black colour way here, Bag, necklace, shoes old similar here. I love summer evenings when you don’t need a jacket, weather is nice and you don’t need layers to carry.
I was out again Wednesday, back into London for work drinks, I knew it was a hot day so I wore this cami here and shorts, similar here. Same necklace as before, bag here and shoes here. Again too hot for layers and it was super easy and comfy for me.
By Thusrday I was knackered but headed out into London again for a cinema date with my youngest son and my niece. Temperatures had slightly dropped but still hot, however freezing in the cinema!!! Shirt here, shorts here and same necklace.
Friday back in London with the eldest son, had a little one to one day with him as well as him helping me with a reel. Top here, shorts old but similar here and shoes here. Bag old from COS. I ended up getting way to hot in the long sleeves.
Yep no break on Saturday, we traveled all the way to Wembley for bubble planet, then into central for dinner, tried wearing something casual but still put together for dinner. T-shirt old COS, shorts here, bag here and shoes as before.
Sunday wasn’t a relaxed day either, we decided to head to the cinema to watch Moana, you would think sitting in a cinema is relaxing until your youngest wants to go toilet mid way and then sit on you lap for half of the movie. Top old but similar here and jeans old, flip flops.
Now you understand why Monday to Wednesday I’ve been at home doing nothing.
Thursday I decided to wash my hair, get dressed and go for a walk with my eldest, mainly for him to do a reel for me and document what I was wearing. T-shirt here, shorts here, bag and flip flops as previous.
I’m not sure how the rest of summer will be, but I did pretty well documenting one week of outfits plus one day from the second week.
