It's been a while
Lets talk about my summer style
Hi, how is everyone? I’m not sure if this will be a weekly thing, last time I put pressure on myself to do one post every week, but lets start with a couple a month, at least for now.
It’s been very hot recently, I for one only enjoy this heat on holiday which comes with an air conditioned hotel room, a pool and sea breeze. 26 degrees or more always feels different in London, unbearable and your to do list goes out the window.
I loose my sense of style at times in the heat, but mostly wear a simple uniform, loose t-shirts and shorts.
Below are a few looks I wore during the bank holiday weekend in Hastings.
I love oversized shirts and shorts, but I get too hot in shirts if its too hot. I also love my satin lace shorts but feel like the heat would make it stick to me. I want to feel comfortable in summer, usually these have been my go to looks.
I do love dresses too and would like to wear them more but prefer wearing these when I’m out and about minus the kids.
A dress I wore recently and loved, it’s an old Dissh dress and I teamed it with this navy jacket.
